Use any currency for sales orders, invoices, estimates, and purchase orders.
- Create your order using your standard base currency
- Apply a currency exchange to the order using either the automatically suggested forex rate (updated hourly), or enter your own custom rate
- Toggle your document between displaying with the exchanged totals, or without the exchange in your base currency
- Your profit margins, revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and everything else will remain accurate using your base currency
Keep it simple. Your sales & purchases will always be in the same currency.
Handling multiple different currencies is a challenge for any business. We take a simple approach to this. By keeping all your sales and purchases in a single currency, your reporting can remain 100% accurate without needing to compare multiple versions of each report for each different currency.
Your customers and suppliers will be happy to receive all their orders displayed in their preferred currency (using the exchanged totals), while your accounting will remain clear and easy to understand in your currency.
Quickly update exchanged currency pricing.
You can also update a document's exchange rate or even swap that out for a different currency altogether.
