Total Records
Your record limit is a running tally of how much space you're using at any given point in time (not monthly). You can archive most record types without any limitations so they don't count towards your total records used and they're still there incase you need to dig them up for future reference. Each of the following are counted as records and everything else is unlimited:
- Inventory Items (unique SKU)
- Accounts (customer, prospect, supplier
- Orders (invoice, estimate, purchase order
User Accounts
This is the number of different users that can login to your system. Having multiple users is great for team collaboration since everything is logged so everyone knows which user has done what. You can also limit what specific users can see and do using our custom user permissions features.
Active Integrations
Integrations enable you to connect your SalesBinder account to 3rd party services (such as QuickBooks Online) so your actions and data in SalesBinder can be reflected in other systems, and vice versa.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Upon activating a paid account you'll receive an email containing a secure payment link. You don't have to enter your credit card details for 30 days so you can decide at any point if you'd like to continue using our services or not. If after 30 days you're not completely blown away with our great service, you don't have to do anything and you will not be charged anything.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We currently only accept orders online and cannot receive payments via check. All pricing is listed in US Dollars.
When can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Anytime! You can change your plan at any time without interrupting service. If you choose to downgrade, you'll first have to clear up enough free records to do so. If you choose to cancel your account you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up to your cancellation.
Will my business information be secure?
Yes. We utilize similar technologies as most online banking websites. We encrypt all data transfers using 256-bit SSL encryption so you know all of your information is safe and secure.
