Customer Service Manager

Build, grow, and nurture strong relationships with our loyal customers. Provide friendly top-notch support and identify customer challenges while suggesting helpful/creative solutions.

Seeking someone with the following skills:

• Strong communication skills: You understand the importance in taking the time to listen and understand a customer's comments. Using your knowledge of our software you can make complicated concepts and instructions easy to follow. You can write quickly and comfortably in an easy, natural tone.
• Self-motivated: For you, a new inquiry isn't a just another support ticket to close, but an opportunity to understand someone's business a little better and facilitate them with making their job a little bit easier.
• A personality: You need to be yourself and present a positive, fun, friendly attitude in your communication. A customer should never think for a second that you're just an automated software system responding with generic answers.

Additional Information:

• The position is for local residents within the Greater Vancouver area (sorry, we prefer to meet in person)
• Positions are available on a part-time basis with the potential to grow into a permanent full-time position in our downtown Vancouver office
