SalesBinder is operated by Krave Media Group Corp. (“SalesBinder”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose information when you use the SalesBinder website and application.

Information Gathering and Usage

When you register for SalesBinder, we may ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, and payment information. Members who sign up for a free account are not required to enter payment information.
We collect the email addresses of users who communicate with us by email, information about pages users access or visit, and information volunteered by users, such as account registration details, support requests, or survey responses.
We use collected information for products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, service improvement, customer support, security, abuse prevention, and communication with users.

Customer Data

SalesBinder users may store business data in the application, including inventory items, customer records, suppliers, documents, invoices, estimates, purchase orders, sales orders, files, and related business information. You retain all rights to the data you enter into SalesBinder.

Google Account and Gmail Data Usage

If you choose to connect your Google account to SalesBinder, we may access limited Google user data only as authorized by you and only as required to provide the requested functionality.

For Gmail integrations, SalesBinder may use Gmail API permissions to send emails on your behalf from within the SalesBinder application. This may include sending documents, messages, or related business communications that you initiate through SalesBinder.

SalesBinder does not use Gmail access to read, monitor, analyze, or profile your inbox. We do not access Gmail data except as necessary to provide the user-facing functionality you choose to use.

Google API Services User Data Policy

SalesBinder’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

SalesBinder does not:

Sell Google user data to third parties.
Use Google user data for advertising purposes.
Use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Allow humans to read Google user data unless necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the user has explicitly requested support requiring such access.

Data Protection and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including sensitive data, against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Encryption in transit: Data transmitted between your browser, our systems, and third-party services such as Google is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Secure infrastructure: SalesBinder uses third-party hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers with security controls designed to protect application data.
Access controls: Access to user data is limited to authorized systems and personnel who require access to operate, maintain, support, or secure the service.

Data Storage

Krave Media Group Corp. uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run SalesBinder. Although Krave Media Group Corp. owns the code, databases, and all rights to the SalesBinder application, you retain all rights to your data.

Data Retention

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide the SalesBinder service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.

Right of Erasure / Right to be Forgotten

You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you. If you do so, we will erase this information within 30 days of your request, provided the information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was processed and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for continued processing.

User Control and Revocation

You may disconnect SalesBinder’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google account permissions page. Once access is revoked, SalesBinder will no longer be able to access your Google account data through the revoked permissions.

Disclosure

We do not share or sell your personal information to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

It is necessary to share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, security issues, abuse, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
We may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas, court orders, legal obligations, or when your actions violate our Terms of Service.
We may transfer information about you if Krave Media Group Corp. or SalesBinder is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, we will notify users before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

SalesBinder may integrate with third-party services, including Google. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the privacy policies and terms of those third-party providers.

Changes

Krave Media Group Corp. may periodically update this policy. We will notify users about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in the SalesBinder account or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
