More Reporting Options & Improvements
November 28, 2018
We’re pleased to have released more new features and improvements to SalesBinder this week. Here’s an overview of what’s new:
Purchased Items Report
Similar to our Sold Items Report, we’ve added a new report for your Purchased Inventory Items. This data is directly sourced from your Purchase Orders and gives you the ability to review your purchases in a much more organized manner. You can do all the usual great things such as search and filter by date-range, location, supplier and category. You can also export a nicely formatted CSV file for review in your favorite spreadsheet program.
Grouping Options for Reports
We’ve added a useful new feature in our reporting which allows you to change how the data is grouped. For example, if you’re viewing the Sold Items Report you can now have it group by Customer, in addition to the default grouping of Item Number. For the Sold Items report, this enables you to generate a complete list of items sold along with their quantities and who they were sold to. The new grouping options have also been added to our new Purchased Items Report as well as the Order History Report for each item. You can find this new grouping option in the Reporting Options box on each report.
Customizable Results Per Page Setting
We’ve added a new option under each user’s “Profile” page to change the amount of results you see per page when you’re viewing a list page. You can choose from 10, 20, 40, and 60 results per page and it’s applied throughout SalesBinder. If you’ve been wanting to scroll more without clicking on different pages as often, you can now choose to do so.
New Navigation Buttons
We’ve added a couple small enhancements to navigating your list pages (ie. Invoice List, Inventory List, Customer List, etc.). You can now click to the next/previous page at the top of your screen without scrolling to the bottom. We also added what page number you’re currently viewing to the top of the list to make that easier to see.
As always, we’re constantly working on new features and improvements so definitely check back in often to see what’s new.
