Webhooks allow SalesBinder to automatically send data to another application whenever a specific event occurs. Instead of another system repeatedly checking SalesBinder for changes, you can subscribe to the events that matter to you and have SalesBinder notify your application as soon as they happen.
20+ Webhook Events Available
SalesBinder currently supports over 20 different webhook events, covering a wide range of activity throughout your account.
This makes it possible to build workflows that respond automatically when important events occur in SalesBinder, such as changes to records, documents, inventory, and other areas of your account.
Developers can choose exactly which events each webhook should subscribe to, making it easy to send only the information that a particular integration or workflow needs. For a full list of events, check our our Knowledge Base article here.
Webhooks for Every Plan
Every SalesBinder account can create up to 20 webhooks, regardless of which subscription plan you’re using.
There’s no special add-on or higher-tier plan required. Webhook functionality is included with SalesBinder v3 and is available to all accounts.
Having multiple webhooks also makes it easy to connect SalesBinder with different applications or services while keeping each integration separate and subscribing only to the events relevant to it.
Built for Automation and Integrations
Combined with our recently released API v3, webhooks provide developers with even more flexibility for building integrations with SalesBinder.
For example, an external application can receive a webhook when something changes in SalesBinder and then use the SalesBinder API to retrieve additional information or perform another action automatically.
This opens up many possibilities for connecting SalesBinder with internal systems, custom applications, automation platforms, reporting tools, and other services your business relies on.
Getting Started
Webhooks are available now in SalesBinder v3.
To create one:
- Sign in to your SalesBinder account.
- Open Settings.
- Select the Webhooks section.
- Create a webhook and choose the events you would like it to receive.
Once configured, SalesBinder will automatically send webhook notifications to your specified endpoint whenever one of the selected events occurs.
We’re excited to make webhooks available as another important part of the new SalesBinder v3 platform, and we’re looking forward to seeing the integrations and automated workflows our customers build with them.
