With this new update, you can now select multiple rows (or all rows) in your list views and perform bulk actions such as printing, saving all as PDFs, and more—all in one go. No more clicking through individual documents one by one.

This new feature applies to a variety of document types, including invoices, purchase orders, estimates, sales orders, and packing lists. Here’s what you can do:

  • Select multiple rows at once
  • Print or save selected documents as PDFs
  • Convert estimates into invoices or sales orders
  • Mark purchase orders as sent
  • Enter batch payment to invoices (coming soon)
  • Delete records
