    Estimate statuses defined

    Estimates in SalesBinder can be placed in 4 different statuses:
    • Open: The estimate is open is awaiting to be approved
    • Closed: The estimate has been approved and converted into an invoice
    • Expired: The estimate has sat unapproved for beyond the expiry date
    • Declined: The estimate was not approved by the customer

    Also note: You can change the default amount of days an estimate expires by going into your “Settings” --> “Estimates” tab and entering a different value.
