We think we made receiving Low Inventory Reminders as simple as possible. Each team member in your SalesBinder account can choose whether or not to subscribe to these reminders. It’s as easy as checking a box in your “Profile” page. Once you’ve subscribed, you’ll be notified as soon as an inventory item’s available quantity drops below a certain amount as a result of selling it.

Note: Administrators can also update low inventory reminder settings for each user by going to the Settings area and clicking on each user’s name.

You can update each of your Quantity Inventory items and set the low level threshold to whatever you and your team considers a low level. You will only be notified by email a second time if the low inventory item’s quantity increases above this threshold and goes below it again.
