If you’re seeing a “Connection Problem” pop-up similar to the screen you see here, it can be due to a few reasons:
- You (or an account administrator) has changed your login credentials so you need to logout and log back into the App.
- Your connection to the internet (SalesBinder’s servers) may be interrupted so the App can’t fetch your data.
- You might not have permission to view that data (based on your Custom User Permissions set by your account administrator).
