If you’re seeing a “Connection Problem” pop-up similar to the screen you see here, it can be due to a few reasons:

  1. You (or an account administrator) has changed your login credentials so you need to logout and log back into the App.
  2. Your connection to the internet (SalesBinder’s servers) may be interrupted so the App can’t fetch your data.
  3. You might not have permission to view that data (based on your Custom User Permissions set by your account administrator).
