Spring 2012 Updates

We’ve been busy, and it’s been great!

The SalesBinder team has been hard at work on some great things this year. Most recently we’ve released features such as Account Labels, Custom Units of Measure, our brand new API, and the new multi-photo uploads we released last month. Behind the scenes we’ve also been busy implementing new performance and UI improvements across the board (some of which you should already notice).

In the coming months we’ll be releasing some even bigger updates geared towards improving our Inventory Management functionality further. Within a few weeks we’ll be ready to release one of our most requested features of the year, generating Purchase Orders from a Suppliers list for replenishing stock (more info will be released in a few weeks). We’re really excited about these upcoming features!

An Awesome API Integration Example

We’re pleased to feature a great example of what you can do with our SalesBinder API. Pacific Tractor, one of our long-time customers has recently launched a completely integrated website that ties directly into their own SalesBinder Inventory. What does this mean? It means they’ll never have to worry about constantly updating their website in hopes to keep their ever changing inventory and pricing details accurate. It’s all done automatically. Their website always displays the latest inventory information in real-time.

Since launching their website with the SalesBinder API fully integrated, they’ve seen a clear increase in sales due to them having the ability to include more inventory on their website with less management overhead, and always displaying their most competitive pricing.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us about your question. Yes, you can currently associate one item to multiple suppliers so when you generate PO’s you can select which supplier you’d like to use.
